MY PATHWAY GUIDE ("THE SERVICE") IS AN INFORMATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL RESEARCH TOOL POWERED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. IT IS NOT AN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY, LAW FIRM, GOVERNMENT ENTITY, OR LICENSED COUNSEL.

Nothing provided in our pathways analysis, scores calculation, timeline projections, resume scanning, AI agent dialogues, or other resources constitutes formal legal advice, certified immigration consultancy, or official guarantees under the laws of Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, or any other sovereign nation.

Immigration rules, point thresholds, and regulatory guidelines are subject to volatile changes. 1. Terms of Service (TOS)

By accessing or using the Service, you signify your compliance with these Terms. If you do not accept these terms in full, please discontinue your access immediately.

A. Permitted Personal Use Only

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use My Pathway Guide solely for personal, non-commercial self-guided research and educational planning. You must not compile, reverse-engineer, mirror, mine, scrape, or commercially rent any proprietary pathways, structural calculators, or layouts.

B. Account and Data Responsibility

The Service operates on a raw serverless and offline-capable client local storage model. We do not register physical login accounts on our central databases. Therefore, safeguarding exported JSON profile backups resides entirely with the user. If you clear your browser cookies, local storage, or switch devices without exporting your profile, custom saved pathway compilations, streak records, goals, and customized plans will be permanently lost.

C. Limitation of Liability

My Pathway Guide, its developers, and contributors disclaim any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, cost, application refusal, application delay, or damage caused by relying on AI suggestions, points metrics, or tool outputs. Use the information entirely at your own risk.

2. Privacy Policy

We hold a strict, design-first commitment to privacy protection. This Privacy Policy details how data input is handled by our systems.

A. A Privacy-First Architecture

Under this privacy-first scheme:

  • Active Profile Data: Sensitive qualification variables (age, education level, language scores, occupation matches, checklists, draft plans) are serialized and kept entirely in your browser local storage. They are never sent/saved to our servers.
  • AI Dialect Inputs (Agent & Chat): Dialog inputs are passed directly to Google's GenAI API to render planning assistance. These are treated as transient query inputs, and we do not cache, log, or read your conversational query structures.
  • Non-Identifiable Metrics: To maintain optimized performance, we track non-identifiable, passive aggregated usage metrics, such as tool click-rates, that contain zero biometric or identity details.

B. Google Gemini API Pipeline

Core conversational capabilities and dynamic analysis are pipelines into the Google Gemini API. By communicating with our Pathway Navigator AI Advisor, you recognize that your queries are routed to Google's framework under Google's Privacy Policy guidelines.

C. Local Control & Complete Erasure

Because your database is local on your device, erasure requires no server queries:

  • To erase all saved information, simply clear cookies/cache or click 'Delete Profile' inside the My Profile page.
  • To back up your details, use the Import and Export JSON utility.
  • We recommend keeping identifying documents (e.g., passports, social security numbers) out of any text forms or chatbot queries.
